Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

• Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

• In case of a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Estimated delivery time:

  • Domestic Orders (within India): 3–7 business days.

  • International Orders: 10–30 business days (depending on location).

• Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, courier issues, or customs clearance (for international orders).

Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.

• You can track your order using the link provided.

Shipping Locations

• We currently ship across India and select international locations.

• If your address is not serviceable by our delivery partners, we will contact you for alternate arrangements.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

• Outsling Craft is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order.

• All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility.

• We will investigate and resolve the issue at the earliest.
